I'm thinking if you're going to be at Epcot, I'd stick with Le Cellier. You might have to wait, but you might have to wait at Cape May as well, plus the extra time to walk over to BC.
Last August we got there 30 minutes early- they would not even check us in until 20 minutes prior. When they did check us in, we still waited for an hour before being seated. It was NUTS!
The time before that, we were seated almost immediately.
Dined at lunch, right when they opened, and waited 5-10 minutes to be seated past the ADR time after arriving 15-20 prior to the ADR as Disney suggest.
