Wait Lists

Hi. I probably know the answer to this, but figured I'd get some other opinions. I'm a new member and was wondering about the reservation wait lists. I'm on two for next month (BCV and BWV). Should I hold out any hope?

There is awlays hope. Your best bet is a Pool / Garden view at BW or a Lake view at BLT.

Anything can happen, it depends on what you listed for and of course, someone with a reservation for the same category, with a reservation equal to or longer in length canceling.

There are also reports that the wait list system doesn't really work as advertised.

I would say there is definitely hope! We have a trip planned at the end of February. I called a little over a week ago and put 2 waitlists on- both for Boardwalk with different views. On Sunday, preferred view at BW came through for the 3 nights I needed! The CM told me that the preferred view has more inventory so that one is more likely to come through. When I am doing a waitlist, I always ask them which view is more likely (more inventory). Good luck on your waitlist!!
