wait lists do come through

Booked VWL studio for August 6-15..2 nights were waitlisted. Just got the call they had come through.
Booked last week!
Gotta love it.
Waiting for 2 nights waitlisted on BWV studio Dec 22-31. That should happen too...
All set for Feb 16-25 BWV studio...

Just came true for us as well. We wanted one extra night in August (BCV) and at the time we made the original ressie, that one night wasn't available. That was months ago. They called this week to tell us it was ours if we still want it (which we do). We are very pleased.

I am going to Vero Beach July 29th to Aug. 5th. I am staying in a two bedroom villa.

When I first booked back on February 27th, I only got 3 of 7 nights. I was put on the wait list for the remaining 4 nights. I was anxious as to whether I would get my nights.

As of right now, I now have 6 of 7 days!

One more night and I have a nice Florida Disney beach vacation.

I booked late in August for Christmas '05 through New Year's Day
standard 1 bdrms were available for the whole ressie in late August, by December, I had all 1 bdrm boardwalk view from the 25th through the 31st, but ended up booking 2 last nights in a studio boardwalk view which also came through. I was sweating it out, but it happened "magically".

Here is how my ressies turned out:
3 N 12/22-12/25 Wilderness Lodge courtyard view in our favorite room!
5N 12/25-12/30 1 bdrm BWV boardwalk view room
2N 12/30-1/1 studio BWV boardwalk view room

I ended up choosing the studio for 12/30-1/1 because the 29th of all nights was the last night to come available on the waitlist and I didn't know if the 1 bdrm bw view or the studio bw view would come available first if at all.

I know that this sounds complicated, but I lived through it and wanted to "relive" it once more!!
