Wait list warning

I have just had my second experience of asking to be put on the waiting list, going through what felt like the whole thing, only to call back later and have them tell me there is no record of this.

I was to be on the wait list for any WDW resort for 3 days over spring break (except Key West, where we have a ressie). Since I have usually gotten my wait list requests in the past, I called just to check on things and they had no record. This occurred one other time. I hate to waste their time double checking, but from now on I will. I just let a month go by and now we have just about a month before we go.

I'm not sure what the guide has to do with a waitlist request. Sounds more like a MS problem.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that your guide has anything to do with the waitlist for reservations. At least everytime that we have used the waitlist we have just called MS directly.

Yeah, I read it too quickly! I was referring to an "add on", not a reservation. Sorry for the confusion. I am frustrated with my guide for not getting back with me about my wait list question.
