Wait List request came through in two days!

I called MS on Sat to book a one bdrm at AKL for Feb 18-23. We knew it would be tough to get a Savannah View. We got a savannah for the first night and standard the rest of the trip. We waitlisted and were happily surprised today when we looked at our vacation and saw we had a savannah at Kidani the whole time!

Any suggestions on what room to request?
And any pictures from a savannah balcony?

Ask for a room on the 2nd floor (actually it's the same floor the lobby is on). It's best to be closer to the animals. Have a fun trip.

Interestingly, on Saturday, I called to try to change from a Standard view Kidani one bedroom to a Savannah view 1 bedroom for my stay in March (20-24) and had to waitlist. When I checked my reservations on Sunday the Savannah view was there. I was so glad. I went from trying to save points, to just really wanting to have a great reservation for my DGF who will be joining me and I just couldn't be happier!

It's great that you got what you wanted too!

Congratulations!
I'm currenlty in waitlist purgatory.
We have a dedicated 2 bedroom at Vero for July 23-31 but had hoped for a miracle for a beach cottage. SSR is our home resort so had to call at 7 months.
My waitlist is until 1 week prior to arrival so hoping for the best but will still be happy with a 2 bedroom room for my family of 4 and my mother.
