Wait List Questions

My DW and I just bought at AKV and I was planning a trip in May and have rooms booked for two days at Vero Beach. We could only get the Inn rooms with garden view and we got on the waiting list for studios. My question is, will it show up on our reservations on the DVC website or do we have to wait till they send this info through snail mail? They told us that it was the same points for what we wanted so if they came available they would just cancel the first reservations and put in the new.
Any info will be appreciated.

We found out that our waitlist came through by visiting the website. Several days later we received a new confirmation via snail mail.

It's also possible that your waitlist becomes available right up to the day you check in. We're going to VB inn room ocean view next month and hope the 1br becomes available.
