I have to share a wait list experience. I've had a an existing 5 night vacation at BLT in June reserved for several months now but was looking to extend it one more night. After aquiring some extra needed points on the R/T board, I called MS to book the extra night. I was informed that there was no availability but could book the extra night in a different reservation (different room) and wait list to extend my existing reservation. That seemed like the best way to go so I agreed. After all accomodations were set the MS agent began to explain to me how the waitlist would work and how I would be informed if and when it came through. Before he got a chance to finish his explanation he noticed that the waitlist had actually came through and he immediately changed my reservation and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Was that one of the shortest wait lists ever or what?
