With ADRs, we never wait more than 10 minutes anywhere. We've been to Teppan Edo a lot and only have to wait a few minutes, if at all. And that's in July, when it's even more crowded.
We've been to Teppan Edo 7 or 8 times in the past 4 years and have never had a wait longer than 15 minutes and that is without ADRs for a few of those meals. We tend to eat at off peak times so that may have some effect, but we have had ADRs during peak dining hours and the wait has always been reasonable to very short.
We've waited 20 - 30 minutes at Teppan Edo. Since they seat the whole table at once, there is some times a wait for a full table to emply and be prepared for the next guests.
OP, do you know that ADR's are not traditional "reservations"? They do not hold a table for you at your assigned time, like restaurants in the rest of the world. An ADR gets you the next available table for your party size. You may always wait for ADRs.
