***Warning: TMI alert***
I just have to further elaborate on the success of the Fast Track One Day Detox. I share in the hopes that, if one of you has a similar body type, you might benefit from my experience. It's not gross, btw, just personal.
So. One of the main missions of the One Day is to relieve water clogged tissues of their excess water. That's water retention.
I went to a spa with my mom. Her treat. I got a body wrap. It was fantastic, btw, but the POINT is that the person performing the service asked me a personal question because she could SEE the excess water on my back.
She told me about body brushing, which you would do before bathing, which is supposed to encourage excess water to flow toward your lymph nodes. I got a body brush but never really got into the habit.
After we did the One Day, I could SEE such a difference in the way that I looked in the mirror, and I could tell when I put on my undergarments that things had changed. I took a measurement and I lost an full INCH around my upper chest area. All around that area. Above, below, around. It is all the loss of water retention in my back area.
I can see it in other areas as well, but the only recent measurement I have is from having to purchase ladies undergarments recently, and so I don't have any other points of comparison to be able to say, wow, I lost whatever inches here and here and here.
So. If you are the type that has some water retention, then I highly recommend the Fast Track One Day Detox. If you follow the program, then I imagine that you would see similar results.
Now, of course, the key to not regaining that excess is to stay hydrated. Because lack of drinking water is what makes your body horde it. I have been doing this faithfully, and I have maintained my loss so far. And I admit, that I haven't been drinking my 8-10 glasses of water consistently prior.
And NO, I am not getting paid to talk about this.

I'm just trying to be a helper

to those of you that have expressed that you have similar goals. Like all things out there, you have to read and get info and make your own decisions for yourself.
Tomorrow we get started on the Fat Flushing Plan. There are three phases, where the third is the lifestyle phase. Phase one has been described as diet boot camp.
DH and I are pretty pumped about it all because so far we are seeing good things result. I have never before followed anyone's diet regimen. I've never done Atkin's, South Beach, cabbage soup, apple, or any other diet phenomenon. This is the first one that I could understand from a scientific standpoint to make good sense.
I'll definitely keep y'all posted on our progress!
