[Neapolitan Ice Cream]

It's a vegetarian restaurant in the Laines in my home town, Brighton and Hove. It's small, it's quirky, it's fun. It also serves, at its most basic level, my most favourite dish ever - Nachos, cheddar, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, with a few pints of ice cold coke! Sounds basic, but given that a lot of restaurants around the place have gone "up-market" (read, duck served pink with wild flowers and gold leaf) you just can't get it in a decent restaurant any more. It's an excuse for me to dine out and if I fancy a more hearty dish in keeping with my vegetarian tastes, I can have a veggie burger, salads, halloumi, etc. And not a dead cow in sight!
