How early do you need to be at Pioneer Hall for a Friday at 9:30 wagon ride?

I believe they told us 15 minutes. It is first come , so, if it's busy season, earlier the better.

When we did this back in February they were accepting guests right up until time to leave. We got there about 20 minutes before hand. There was 1 other family in the wagon when we climbed in. By the time we left, there were only a few seats left.
