Wagon ride & Chip and Dale?

Is it possible to both on the same night? Can anyone tell me what time the wagon rides and smores will be the 2nd week of November? (I read that the times change in the winter, but I couldn't find where the times were actually listed.) We have dinner reservations at Trail's End at 4:30, and I was hoping to do the wagon ride and smores that same night. Thank you!

Take an old-fashioned, horse-drawn wagon ride on a scenic tour through Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, wagon rides depart daily at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM (weather permitting) from the front of Pioneer Hall.

The Campfire Sing-Along with Chip & Dale is held near the Meadow Trading Post area of the campground and generally begins around 7 p.m. during the fall/winter season and 8 p.m. beginning sometime in April through the summer.

Not sure when the time changes for winter, someone will chime in on that.
