Day 1

Breakfast
3 eggo's and 1 poached egg
1 big cup of tea

lunch
1 serving rice and grilled turkey kabobs
2 cups salad
1 can Pepsi

snack
a pear

dinner
thai food

exercise
walked 2+ miles and all around Wellesley Center

earned my first star!
 
Day 2

Breakfast
1 small container peach yogurt-la creme by dannon

walked 4 miles!! go me!!!

lunch
mexican wrap sandwich
peach iced tea

1 3 muskateers bar (bad, bad von!)

Dinner
BBQ
salad
pepsi
 
Day 3

no breakfast

lunch
beef stew
rice
salad
water

mopped for an hour (does that count as exercise?)

Chicken stir fry
rice
salad
water
 
Day 4

Breakfast
no breakfast

Lunch
two italian sausages, angel hair pasta and tomato sauce

Walked 2.5 miles--yay!!!!

Dinner
Turkey tenderloin
green beans
salad

good job on walking!

Hot tea with honey (no sugar!)

improv chicken/beef caccitore
Brussel sprouts
orange soda
