That usually indicates an electrical fault on the west side of the park.

RSR and Toy Story were both down (no surprise) at start of EE also. Then at regular open, Grizzly was also still closed.

These are the kind of reports that make me nervous about the upcoming trip. I just keep hearing these stories about widespread closures. Can someone explain why Disneyland didn't design rides that weren't so sensitive?
