W.I.S.H. Check-in Thread for February 15, 2004

Checking in to report a gain. I feel as though I have been sabotaging myself since I signed up for the 1/2 marathon. I've been binging like crazy--and not even the good stuff that is worthwhile. But, I am re-committing. I have a plan in place, and a goal in mind--I WILL finish the 1/2 marathon in 346 days!! I started back on Atkins induction today--it is now near bedtime, and I have done day 1--one bite of food at a time. Hopefully, I'll be able to report a loss next week. Good luck to all--it is exciting to see the changes in everyone!!
 
I don't know if I've actually lost any weight or not this week! I just got a new digital scale. When I first weighed myself the reading showed 2lbs down from last weeks weight. However I decided to move the scale and weigh myself again. This time it showed a different reading! :eek: So I then moved it several times and I've gone with the highest reading! :( This is 6lbs up on the weight that was showing last week on my old scale!! So next week I will put the scale in the same place and hopefully it will show a loss!
 
what am I saying - it was an EXCELLANT week for me - down 3 lbs.! Since my Wed WI I have been relishing it! Oh no - not by eating - just being excited that I have had a loss two weeks in a row. One more pound and I get a new clippie - been a very long time since I have been able to change my "outfit"!

Now it's the weekend and I just have to remember my hard work and stick to the plan!
