Checking in to report a gain. I feel as though I have been sabotaging myself since I signed up for the 1/2 marathon. I've been binging like crazy--and not even the good stuff that is worthwhile. But, I am re-committing. I have a plan in place, and a goal in mind--I WILL finish the 1/2 marathon in 346 days!! I started back on Atkins induction today--it is now near bedtime, and I have done day 1--one bite of food at a time. Hopefully, I'll be able to report a loss next week. Good luck to all--it is exciting to see the changes in everyone!!
So I then moved it several times and I've gone with the highest reading!
This is 6lbs up on the weight that was showing last week on my old scale!! So next week I will put the scale in the same place and hopefully it will show a loss!
