WHOO HOO! The Whoosh fairy stopped by and I am FINALLY down 1.5 lbs. The scale is moving again after being stubbornly still for over 2 weeks. Plus TOM is right around the corner, so I am happy as can be!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Have a wonderful, blessed week, my friends. What would I do with out you all??
 
After a month+ of maintaining, I've gained 1.5 pounds :(
I am hoping that this is just due to the fact that I started a structured exercise routine and the old phrase "muscle weighs more than fat" applies.

I'm still on a strict sweets/dessert rule: Only allow myself to indulge on birthdays/holidays. I'm having my Valentine's indulgence tonight instead of yesterday (can't wait). It's been over a month since my last taste of sweet, sweet chocolate!

I couldn't wait till tomorrow and got on the scale... I'm down 2.35 pounds!!! I was very discourage this week, the scale went up a pound on wednesday, but I don't know what happened, maybe I was just having a weird weight day. :crazy:

BTW, I'm "wearing" my brand new 15 pounds clippie today. :teeth:
 
I've been exercising like a fiend all week, lol, but yesterday I came down with a nasty virus. I don't know if my loss for this week is from the virus or from the exercise, but this morning I was 216, -3 for this week. At least that scale is moving in the right direction!
 

It sounds like the week of exercise!

I was up .8 this week, but that's maintenance!

Then I went out for Valentine's Day yesterday. I tell you I stepped on the scale this morning, and was up 5 pounds, but I don't care! It was worth every BITE!!!!! Homemade New England clam chowder, chicken marsala with fettucini alfredo on the side, and a phyllo dough filled with fresh heavy whipped cream. It was DELICIOUS!!!!!

I woke up early this morning and did 20 minutes on the new treadmill! :) I will try to do an hour of it a day. 20 minutes in the morning, and 40 minutes early in the evening and will hopefully get back down those 5 pounds.

I'm so happy to post my 2.6 lb loss this week! I have been battling the Bloat Fairy since last week (.4 lb gain last check in) and had a feeling she might hang around for this weigh in too. Looks like the Whoosh Fairy kicked her out just in time! :Pinkbounc This loss helped me get a new clippie too! :teeth: Have a great week everyone!
 
Same old boring maintaining for me. When it happens, it'll happen. I've been eating healthy and feeling so much better. Last night for Valentine's dinner out, I had salad, filet mignon, and good veggies. I skipped the bread, potato, and dessert but indulged in a glass of white wine. It's great to know I have control and make good choices.
 
I weighed in at 123 this morning, which means I've been officially maintaining my goal weight of 123-125 for six weeks now! We did go out for a huge lunch today at our favorite Mexican place, and I indulged a bit, but I'll go back to eating well tomorrow, and keep on exercising 6 days a week. Things have been going great for me, and a HUGE part of my success comes from all you WISHers! I thank you so much for all your positive thoughts and support!:hug:

Congratulations to all who've lost/maintained this week, and lots of encouragement to those who feel they may need it. It can be a difficult journey with many ups and downs, but if you stick with it, you will see the rewards--do not let yourself get discouraged!

whoosh fairy visit this week after last weeks disappointing 1 lb
down 3 lbs as of today - Tuesday will be my official 1 month weight in if I lose 1 more lb by then I will get a new 15lb clippie

Well, I'm not sure exactly what I lost....

Because this week we got a NEW DIGITAL scale!!!

However, it's taking a bit of getting used to- and it did differ from my old scale by about 5 lbs or so. In the WRONG direction, too!!

I've been monitoring myself since we got it on Wednesday though- and even though I weighed 'heavy' on it on Wednesday, I'm down 4 lbs from my first weigh in on it.

All in all- not too bad for the week...... :teeth:
 
I was able to lose another pound so I am really happy about that. These last few pounds seem to be the hardest to lose.
 
Down 1 1/2 pounds and another 5 inches for me this week!
I'm happy with that, cause I've over induldged quite a bit this week.:(
I finally get a new clippie too!:bounce:

15 pounds in 6 weeks total.

I haven't checked in, but I managed to lose 2 pounds this week-big hooray for me, because I have been maintaining for almost 7 weeks.
I am 7 pounds from goal now...

Checking in with my 1/2 pound loss. That is the least I have taken off since starting SBD but 1) it's in the right direction; 2) I can wear clothes that are several sizes smaller than I could 11 weeks ago and 3) I could have either maintained or gained (eek, did I say gain?) so any loss is progress.

Onward and downward everyone!
 
I didn't check in last week because I was in Disney, but I am down 2 more lbs.! That was for two weeks but I am still very surprised because I ate way too may carbs than I should have, but I was on vacation :).

So I am down a total of 13!

I'm down 3.8 pounds this week and I got a new clippie! Everyone keep up the good work. ;)
 
Still the same for me- Bloat Fairy is supposed to visit this week so hopefully I'll maintain again this week. :(
 
I am down 1 pound. It's been 2 weeks but I am increasing my exercise routine this week to 7 days. I need exercise because it gives me a minute to think. The hard days will be Tuesday and Thursday because those are days I have to wait untill the girls are asleep and DH and I have finished with the TV (usually 11pm or a bit later), but I am going to do it (I AM GOING TO EXERCISE< I AM GOING TO EXERCISE)! :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Stayed the same this week, but I did endulge quiet a bit this weekend. Have to be stronger next weekend and excersice more!Seems I do good all week and then I decide to use my flex points on Friday nite Saturday and Sunday!!! Doesn't work that way!
 
Down 1 pound this week. I was hoping for more since I have increased my exercise, but I will take the 1 pound loss!
