My Mom is 79 and has no problem getting around but I am worried she might get tired from going to The safari to nemo and need a back up just in case. How much do the cost at the parks?

It is not too expensive to rent a wheelchair, but you have to rent it in the front of the park, which is quite a ways from Nemo and the Safari - you will want to plan ahead for it! Animal Kingdom is quite large and hot, so it is not surprising that she may get a bit tired.
