VWL top floor balconies - open or closed?

Are the top floor balconies at VWL closed just like the ones at the Lodge? I thought I read that they are
DH & MIL thought they saw larger open balconies up there?

And the answer is....both!

Most of the top floor balconies have the "open" railing, but several near the quiet pool have the "closed wall" setup. The majority, by far, have the open look.
