VWL studio

Anyone stayed at VWL studio and can share your experience ? I've seen the room, looks great.

stayed several times.

I love them. You won't get the great views that you get in the lodge.

most of the views are the woods.

try to get one on the lake side near the elevators - the other side has the bad views.

despite what you hear all WDW resorts (DVC resort are WDW resorts) have a bad review.

We have stayed at a studio and a one bedroom (same trip, moved rooms, studio weekend, 1 bed for the week)

Anyway ask to be near the elevators. That long stright walk can be very long. We were the last room, all the way on the end. I have always vowed that my kids will NEVER run up and down hotel room halways, but even I wanted to sprint it.

I liked the non water veiw better really. The water view was just trees. I found it boring. The other side we could see the rest of the resort and the road and I liked it better. I think the view at VWL is very boring compared to other resorts. (unless you can get a pool veiw and very few are.)

Have a good time. It is a lovely resort and lots of fun (or home resort, but we have only stayed there once.)
