VWL Storyteller

We had plans last week to have dinner at Whispering Canyon and than do the 7pm storytelling at the fireplace. When I tried to call and confirm the time, for some reason the Disney operator would not connect me or give me the WL number. Asked what I needed and put me on hold and got back to me and told me this was discountinued. We than ended up canceling WC.

Does anyone know if this is really gone or if they are just trying to prevent none VWL/WL guests from attending.

I can't answer the part about it being cancelled, but I can tell you that it takes place in the store at the fireplace. You might ask to be connected with the Wilderness Lodge Mercantile to find out directly.
