I would guess that it's 65 points banked and 65 current points.

It's with 65 banked from 2010 and 65 for 2011. My understanding is that the 2010 points don't expire unitl 3/31/12. Is that right?

Apr 2010 points banked into 2011 don't expire till Mar 31st 2012.
