VWL Pool Question

We are heading to VWL this Thanksgiving and were wondering about condition of the Main Pool, Quiet Pool and Hot Tubs. This past Christmas the hot tubs were in poor shape. All the Air jets were missing their nozzels.

How is the water temperature?

I heard that they were working on the Quiet Pool this past summer. I assume it is finished, am I correct?

Personally, I think they have had problems with that pool since day 1. It was usually cold every time we tried it or the jets didn't work at the hot tub.

The quiet springs pool was wonderful in September! Didn't use anything else.
They upped the power of the little springs, and it's great!

We were there in early September and used both the quiet pool and the main pool. Grandbabies were fascinated by the ducks that kept swimming in the main pool. Main pool was blocked off for birthday party one day so we used the quiet pool and gbabies actually enjoyed having lots more room to swim. Didn't use the hot tubs.

Same, in 4 nights we never made it to the main pool. Loved having that pool close by.

That's what I was wondering. A pool closed for maintenance is one thing. But closed so another guest can monopolize it? No way.

Ooh, that would have ticked me off and I would have complained loudly. It is bad enough to have pool hoppers form Fort Wilderness but to have a private party close it. Oooh!

My family was there this week and the pool temps were chilly. My husband said he only went in to his ankles. The kids lasted a bit longer. I liked it in the past when we could depend on Disny having warm pools even in the middle of winter.
