VWL Jan 07, 7 month window

Is VWL as hard to get in Jan as Dec?
Own OKW have to deal with 7 month window.

My guess would be that that's one of the best months for you to get into VWL. Although points costs are low, the holiday decorations are not up in January (except for the very beginning), and the weather in Orlando can be very iffy in that month.

Good luck. Though if you aren't able to get in, OKW is sure a nice consolation prize.

Friday and Saturday nights are relatively easy to get at the 7 month point for January. When I booked the Saturday night, I checked Thursday night too, and it was sold-out at the 7 month point.

Last August I booked 2 nights in a VWL studio for Jan 22-23, 2006 (Sun, Mon). That was at 5 months out but it was only for 2 nights.

Don't forget that first weekend after New Year's is the 1/2 marathon on Saturday and full marathon on Sunday. The place is packed - 30,000 participants plus their supporters makes for tight lodging.
