I'm happy to report that the hot tub is just fine at VWL. DH and I used it tonight. It is HOT enough for me, that's for sure. I eventually stood up and walked around because my bottom can stand the heat better than my top.
Maybe after giving the OP 90 points back they finally decided to fix it? I don't know. I'm just glad that it is working!

Tell them you need points back because the hot tub is too hot.

Actually, we walked past the main lodge hot tubs last night on our way back from the boat landing. The hot tubs there are REALLY bubbling hard. The one at the villas doesn't really break the surface of the water with its bubbles but when you get in, you can still feel the jets just fine. Maybe there's just more water in the villas' tub?

We were back too late after MVMCP last night to use the tub but tonight, after a great dinner at Artist Point, you will find us happily in the hot tub.

Looks like the jacuzzi was out of service for at least 18 days. IMO this is unacceptable. I do understand that things break and may be out of service for a few days, but 18 days is too long for a resort like VWL.

ACk! We just arrived at VWL late last night. We aren't early morning hot tub users, but we do like to soak at the end of a long day to get the kinks out of very sore joints. I haven't walked over to the tub yet to see if it is working but if it isn't, the manager will be getting daily requests from me to know exactly when it will be fixed! I'll check it out later today.

Yes, please let us know. We have never stayed there but have reservations for January. That would be a bummer if the hot tub was not working. How many hot tubs are there at WL? How far away are they?
