And good job on getting your CRT. We have 2 months and then we get to start making our PS's for December :maleficen :maleficen :maleficen I'm starting to get excited about the trip - I cried last night because I so can't wait to take my dad to WDW for Christmas - it is gonna be so cool!!!!!

Saturday - half the weekend is already gone! :( I am still cheat free and doing well. Today I had nothing for breakfast but water and had a 6 inch sub for lunch from Subway and I am not hungry at all...I took the girls to get their photo this morning...got great shots and Samantha was such a model, posing this way and that! As soon as they are available I will post....:)
I am waiting on Dh to get home so Samantha and I can go for a run...I am going to try and run 3 miles. We'll see how it goes. I am either cooking chicken or pork chops for dinner, not sure which but I know DH will complain abou clucking soon if I don't start cooking other foods besides chicken!! :)

Although I love summer, and usually say I love whatever season it is because I do...I am really looking forward to the fall. I love Autumn and the cooler weather. And hopefully our pool will be done sometime in October. I am looking forward to Samantha's birthday and Haley's first Christmas....:)

On another note I think I am going to put my two weeks notice in at my PT job tomorrow. I am done to Sunday's only and when I think about it...It just really isn't worth it. I hate to give it up as they pay is great for a part time gig...but I want to spend my Sunday's with the family as that is DH's onlyday off on the weekend....I may just simply cut back our Directv and I am going to try my best at meal planning and budgeting. I spent $75 in Publix last night just for last nights meal!! I have such horrible grocery spending habits!!
Well, DH should be here any minute!!
 
:rockband: Well, I am back from my "run" - I went 3 miles!! I ran about 2 and a quarter....pretty good for not hitting the pavement in a while.:flower1: So 3 miles closer to Pop~~


So now I am cooking dinner and entertaining the girls(well, really the other way 'round!)...actually I have the Disney Princess CD playing on my PC and Samantha is dancing and singing to Haley!! I am cooking "mexican" chicken for dinner with corn and onions. So only 4 pts for the chicken and I am have to figure the points for the salsa...and corn is 1 or 2....pretty light dinner. I am not hungry but I know I need to eat. I forgot to mention that we had to wait before our turn at the photo studio so we went down to the Disney Store. I bought Samantha a princess beach towel, Ariel flip flops, and a Sleeping Beauty Mini doll with clothes and case. I meant to preorder Cinderella - Samantha's all time favorite movie but forgot and the girl waiting on us never mentioned it!! So next time.

I am working and still debating on whether to put my notice in or not....:confused3 Will probably end up doing it...

Our next door neighbor has her house on the market and I am about over all the traffic down our street. We are very lucky - where we live there is NO traffic. Our neighborhood is a circular setup so the only traffic that comes by us lives here and there really aren't that many. I do hope we get great neighbors though.



I am thankful that my thoughts on food are going down...meaning...I don't think about it ALL day like I normally did. Which is great news...I hope I can continue. I plan on getting early tomorrow...I want to try and book CRT for a different morning. Then I am going to go run before getting ready to go to work (and hopefully before everyone is up!)...well Samantha is calling me to read "Where the Wild Things Are....." I better go - I'll be back later!!
 

I love Where the Wild Things Are - that was such a fun book to read to dd. She loved being read to - I miss those days!!!!

Good luck on getting CRT changed and good luck on your job decision. I would hate being gone the only day that I could spend with my whole family but would do it if needed.

:cool1: Ok - I got up and did two miles this morning in the quiet and stillness of the morning! It was so nice. I was up in time to call Disney Dining but I realize the 90 days from tomorrow is the day I would like...no point in booking extra and I have a Princess Storybook breakfast for that day.

I have to go to work at 8:30 til 3...and I will be outside in garden all day so hopefully I can sweat off a few pounds. I figure tonight I will take the girls for a walk for the exercise, to get them out of Dh" hands and to spend time with them alone. :goodvibes

I also made it through last night cheat free...I hope I have my calculatins right in my signature...hopefully if not Cam will set me straight in the 100 day thread!


So goals for today:
~Make it through work
~get paper and clip coupons
~more laundry
~walk with the girls
~set up 7 dinners for week
~get everything ready for Monday morning
~wash the car!! :)

Looks like I will be busy today! I probably won't be back on until late!


 
Wow - I did make it through work! I even got the manager to sign off on 30 hours of sick pay. It is what I have accrued and never used but would like it before I quit. :) Pretty nice little extra $$!

I did clip coupons and do laundry but I never made it walking so I am glad I did that in the morning. After work I came home to find my Outlawz there. I really hate that. I had a really trying day (nasty cutomers) and welcome home to them sitting there. They always come over when I am working - it's like either they really don't like me or something. I mean why not come by Staurday evening? Oh well...I wasn't very social but I really didn't care. So after a bit they left and we went up to Home Depot to get some wooden blinds ordered as I had my 10% coupon. The woman in blinds was backed up and it was an hour til closing so I asked the manager if he would do the 10% off tomorrow and he said fine. So we left and went to Dairy Queen....I had nothing!!! I wasn't hungry and it was like a lightbulb finally went off! I have been eating just to eat and because the rest of my family is....so, no more!! John had a banana split and Samantha had vanilla ice cream in a dup while Haley and I sat and enjoyed their company. Quite frankly I was fine, no craving nothing! It was truly a moment of realization for me.

So now- Monday. I was up early and got CRT for the 30th the one day I truly was looking for - everything else was a bonus. DH has to be at work by 5 on Monday's so unless I want to be up and run before then - so no - I will do my exercise tonight. It's the first day of close at work so I will be (should be now) really busy trying to get things accomplished.

Wednesday is DH's birthday. Of course - I haven't planned anything yet...maybe a bbq on the weekend. hmmm....I'll have to endure the Outlawz again...are you feeling the love?
 
so here I am eating my lunch at my desk....salad with ffree Italian dressing a vegetable soup with a slice of wheat bread. oh - don't forget the water! :)

I am really looking forward to the challenges I have signed up for...I signed up for the "lose 5 for August" and the "August exercise" and of course the "100 day cheat free".....
losing 5 pounds would bring me to 154.2....I would love to be 149 by the end of August....but that is pushing it a little....I am happy with a 1 pound loss each week....(or any loss for that matter) of course the higher the number could definitely have a correlation to highness of my happiness!!
 
Hey, V! That's great that you didn't feel the need to eat anything at Dairy Queen! That's a major step! I always enjoy the exercise challenges best! I do pretty well w/those and they motivate me!

Good job on passing on the Dairy Queen. Ice cream.....YUM that is truly my weakness. I would have had to cheat on that one I think! But good for you, you didn't!!!!

thanks - I am not a huge fan of DQ ice cream...I am more of a Breyer's or Ben and Jerry's...I really don't care for the soft serve stuff so it wasn't that hard. I usually get the Oreo Blizzard though.

I made my commitment and I keep telling myself that the only one who will lose out if I cheat on my challenge is me and I owe it to myself to be the best me I can be for me and my family and I will continue to fight through this challenge and make it! I am soo determined to lose this weight.
 
Way to go with all that exercise - I seriously think I'd fall over if I tried to "run" anywhere. I'm okay with walking but that is about it. Also congrats on getting CRT - I'm sure that someday I'll be a part of all that fun too =)
 
Monday is almost over. I almost didn't get any exercise in but finally got off my butt at 9pm and went power walking! I feel better (mentally) getting that done. DH is off tomorrow so I can at least get up early and run while the girls are still sleeping. He championship game is tomorrow night - then he should be off a couple weeks til the next season starts.

Well I will check in tomorrow morning. I can say I am cheat free today as well...but won't post updated #'s til the am!

I updated my siggie....I went cheat free! and I managed to get in 30 min of exercise last night and this morning....:) I was not about to let that challenge start and then give up on the first day! so I have 60 minutes logged and need to get cracking if I want to hit 500!! I can and will get it done! :cheer2:

Today I am drinking my water and going to scrounge for something for breakfast so I don't hit up the snack machine. I have those 100 calorie packs but they really don't "fill" me up til lunch time. For lunch I plan on doing the veggie soup and salad thing and then for dinner....I don't know yet. I need to grocery shop -I have been trying to use up what we have in the fridge/freezer - I signed up for the grocery game and wanted to get a few weeks worth of coupons under my belt before really trying it out. I spend so much money on groceries it is unbelieveable!

Happy Tuesday!! Dh's birthday is tomorrow...I suppose I should get a card!!
 
Just got back from lunch:
salad 1pt for slight spinkling of cheese
ffree italian dressing 0pts
cracker 2pts
balck bean soup 2pts

so that with my 100 cal pack is 7pts total for the day!! 15 left....:)

Well I rounded out last night with no dinner....I know, not the best option but that's just how it worked out. I did go to Publix on my way home for a few things and got on their scale and WOW...I was like 5 pounds heavier that my Friday weigh in....so either I have gained....Publix is wrong....or WW is wrong. I am hoping Pulix is wrong!

This morning I am hitting the water hard....already on my 3rd glass....need to find some breakfast....and lunch will probably be a salad again or maybe an Applebee's WW meal. (I forgot my lunch) and then today is DH's birthday...I am making shrimp/scallop pasta for dinner...the real points lie in the pasta as the sauce is a red pepper spicy sauce and the seafood isn't too bad....so shouldn't be too high in points....:)

I also went shopping for a few work outfits and shoes last night. I get so down and discouraged when I try things on. I just don't buy clothes anymore because of it. I mean, I look fat and horrible. I keep trying to tell myself that I am working on it....but I have that instant gratification problem...I expect to "see" results right away.....:(

Only two more days til weigh in....hopefully it will be another loss...my usual is 3 week loss then on the 4th week a gain....

I understand completely what you mean about trying clothes on. It is so hard for me too. :( But you know what? We are both on our way to slimmer, healthier bodies. It may not happen overnight (When it comes to weight loss, instant gratification is what I am looking for too. :blush: ), but it WILL happen!!!! :goodvibes
