I am pretty sure you can return them just not to a store. You will have to ship them back. At least that has been my experience with VS in the past.

I don't know about returning to the store, but I would think you could return to VS online, you'll just have to pay shipping. You can check their return policy on the website.

I have ordered them before and I do think they run a little small - or not small so much as they are intended to be "fitted", so if you are used to something a little looser, they might feel small.
