whats the process... how do you book / pay etc,
anyone had any experience with the site before??

It's by owner so each owner decides how and when they wish to be paid. You deal with the owner directly. We have used them before, successfully.

I think thats the site I used for booking a condo at Windsor Hills a few years ago, as above they are private owners advertising on the site so each will be different. I emailed the owner then paid him by Paypal.

I've used vrbo for a few properties in different areas of the US and always had excellent accommodation, service and prices. Take your time to look and compare to get a good feel.

I've also used successfully last year and booked again this year with a different owner as we wanted a pool.

I paid a small deposit then pay in full 60 days before.

This time I also have to leave a $200 security deposit which I didn't have to do last time.

I paid by Paypal too paying the fees my end!
