VRBO rentals

I'm currently looking for a townhouse to rent (3/4 bedroom w/pool) for our trip next summer.

Can anybody recommend places they have booked through VBO? There are so many choices when I do a rental search & I'm so leary of using someone that I'm not familar w/.

I appreciate the help.

Not sure about a townhome, but we stayed here in 2011 and will be staying again this summer.It is 5 bedroom/4 bath with a pool, only $625/week. It is in Indian Creek in the Formosa Gardens area, close to the parks.

My brother actually booked this property http://www.vrbo.com/328705 for early June. It got excellent reviews and is in a good location. My brother had a very nice dialouge with the owner directly.

I use VRBO a lot and I look for places where I am booking directly from the owner. I also look for places with positive reviews.
