VQ not eligible even with park res, tickets .

My issue was it said we were NOT eligible in spite of us having park pass , tickets. Tomorrow we try again. If at 6;50am I am not eligible I am not wasting a park pass for Epcot if I wont get a ride until after1pm. We might as well go to a park with ride options.


Backup is to switch to HS and book rides there.:thumbsup2

I understand you are not guaranteed to get one. However if before 7am it says it ineligible, they check and they say you should be to , yet do nothing…. not the best system. How can you use VQ if you follow the rules and they deny you the option to book?:confused3

Again this is to help others. If you can’t choose your group before 7a you may wish to pick another park if GoTG was the priority.
We go several times a year so we have “must do“ rides and park hopping to consider. It’s not worth a park pass for Epcot if you can’t book VQ for US . Your priority certainly can vary. ::yes::

This morning we did have the option to join. :worship::banana:

*Go to home button, scroll down to the VQ section. It will ask you to select members in the party that will to join boarding group. If you can not join before 7a you will not be eligible to join the VQ at 7. However you may be able to at 1p.

I also used time.gov and successfully attained a VQ.

We have gotten a VQ everytime we were allowed to join a boarding group party. However randomly we are denied with no explanation why.

Today 11/19 at 650am, had a reservation for Epcot was shown in app as being ineligible to book a VQ.

At 7am LL and ILL bookings worked fine. VQ did not work.
At 1pm tried VQ for Guardians and it worked fine.

Have you done any troubleshooting when it's denied you?
Stuff like logging out, closing the app and then logging back in?
A long shot mind you but worth trying, if you haven't.
Also, if any member of your party has their own MDE, have they tried to get a VQ? Another long shot but who knows with quirky MDE
I can see why you wouldn't want to screw with Tech Support at that hour of the morning but if you felt up to it you could give them a call, they may be able to figure something out. Which if yet another long shot since they are hit and miss too.
Later in the day, they are not able to do anything but if you could get in touch with someone before 7am it is possible you could get help

I tried 3 different options to fix. All said yep it’s a problem but didn’t do anything.

Yep I woke dd and her try too.

They helped me with a very difficult issue this week.
If you did try them and they were not helpful, try again because I'm thinking with enough research, they can figure it out.
If they got to the bottom of my problem, they can get to the bottom of anything.
Mine was VERY bizarre
 
This isn't the first thread about this issue (on my phone or I'd link one or two). If I recall they were also having a terrible time trying to get it fixed. :(

Yep that was us Thursday . However we could not do the afternoon Vq . I booked it to see if I could but canceled it.
