Vow Renewal

My hubs & I are planning on doing a vow renewal when we go down to WDW in February 2016 with our girls. Has anyone done this who can recommend someone to go through, and are they able to do it IN WDW? We are definitely not looking to spend a ton. It will just be us, our two young children (will be 6 and 2 at time of travel) and possibly my in-laws if they can make it down.
