I started planning a VR on a Disney Cruise, but I am not totally sure I wouldn't rather have it at Disney. Can someone tell me what the minimums are. Thanks so much. And if you did a VR, I'd love to see your PJs/TRs.

Can anyone give me info on the 4 night min too?

VR's actually have the very same minimums as weddings. So, $12k for Wishes, and roughly $5k for Escape.

HTH :goodvibes

I have been doing some research....It says there is a 4 night minimum for the escape package, I am guessing that is NOT included. Can it be at ANY WDW resort?

Yes, the 4-night minimum on Escape packages can be at any resort.

I had the same feelings as you when I first started looking into our wedding. I really wasn't sure whether to go for the Escape or the DCL.
I wrote down all the pros and cons for each and also what is and isn't included with each package and the costs.
There really wasn't much in it price wise.

But then I looked at what we actually wanted from our day and thats when I decided on the DCL.
We took our first Disney cruise in August and it was just such a big highlight for us. We loved every minute of it and felt that this was right for us.:goodvibes

You'll make the right decision for you I'm sure.:cloud9:

One of the reasons I am considering WDW now, is because of my son, Levi. Levi spent his one and only family vacay with us in WDW Oct 2007. Loosing him has been very tragic and is one reason we are having a VR. I want to feel close to him and I have started to believe I will feel closer to him, like he is there with us, at WDW.

In that case I think you already know what is best for your family.xx:hug:

On the 4 night min. can you rent DVC pts? Does it count?

I am a DVC member and know that I could stay on our own points and it counts. So I would expect it to be the same for you.

I saw that the escape package comes with 2 annual passes. Can I add on one for DD?
