Vow Renewal - Advice Experts Pls

I've been married 12 years to my DH, it was a small wedding and I've always had a thought that it might be nice to do an intimate vow renewal at some stage. We're at SSR in December with the kids, my Mom and hopefully some dear friends and it seems like it might be the perfect opportunity.

I've just sent off for the official information, but I know DIS is the font of all knowledge So, have you got any advice for me ie. where we could do a vow renewal, an idea of the costs, pitfalls etc.
