Vouchers - what are they?

where do you get them? Love to eat at any Disney restaurant and it seems they would be so convenient. Must you buy a package deal? We are holders of annual passes.

Your best bet would be to pop over to the Budget board and read the Connections thread at the top of the board. It is a bit much to explain, lol. The vouchers are great in certain circumstances and for prepaying meals. This is often a big topic in the budget board.
