My DH talked with a friend who went to DW in May. This friend said the best part of the whole trip were the vouchers/tickets to come back later during the week to ride a ride at a specific time? He was not talking about FastPass. He said this was different. I think my DH got this all wrong. I've not read about this anywhere and I've done alot of reading! Anyone? :confused3

Didn't see or hear a thing about a option like you mentioned. :goodvibes :wave2:

Not sure--but they have all sorts of passes. I've seen them. We went the old way into Test Track with a Baby Swap (using the exit instead of the FP entrance b/c we didn't know). Someone had a baggie full of all these strange looking passes and when the CM was to turn us away--the guest went into his baggie and pulled 2 out for my daughter and I. While still valid, these particular passes are no longer used. So I wonder if it is something similar to what the friend is talking about. This guest got these passes from a CM friend.

The ones that we have received is when the ride is not operating and they do not expect it back up and running for the remainder of the day. We have used these later in our trip and even have used them for a next trip when this happened latter in our vacation and we did not get a chance to get back to that park. I assume that this is what they are talking about, unless they had some kind if VIP voucher.

One time on Test Track it broke down just before we were to get on, after a 1.5 hr wait IN THE FASTPASS LINE!! (This was 1999 or 2000). We got passes to come back thru the exit at any (one) time in the future.

We were just there from May 18-23 for my sister's wedding. While we were at Epcot about to get FastPasses for Test Track, the ride greeter pulled them aside (they had their mouse ears bride and groom hats on) and took them to hear a congrats message from Mickey and Minnie, and gave them each a pass to come back anytime during their honeymoon to ride TT, since they were staying a week longer than the rest of us.

My son won a fast pass during our trip back in April. We were waiting for the preshow to start at HISTA, the CM there starting asking trivia questions. Everyone that got the answer correct won a free fast past for Mission Space. The passes were for 6 people and they expired on April 30. I believe we were there on April 26.

My son won because he was able to tell the CM all the new rides and shows that are there for the 50th celebration and which parks they came from. :cheer2: :cheer2:
