Voucher that has to be redeemed for tix

We had to leave our last Disney vacay early due to my daughter getting the flu. Disney was nice enough to give us a voucher number for the two days of park tickets we missed. But now we can't get those tickets until we arrive for our next vacay in June and that means we also have to wait to book fastpass. Any advice for a way around this?
