I just wanted to be certain you can still exchange vouchers for passes at the Guest Services at DD.

Thanks. I knew they did once but it seemed that area had been scaled back from several years ago. We actually have Seasonal passes and the FL premium 3 day pass we need to activate on various trips. My daughter will be taking her brother and several older teens and I wanted to make it as simple for her as possible.

i hope your family enjoys their upcoming trip and i know what you mean, to make it as easy as you can for them, i do the samething.

Thanks, it's a grad trip for my son and several of his friends. My daughter is going as a chaperone. We will provide the room for all and pay for the tickets and meals for my son, daughter and her boyfriend. She is very good at finding her way around and knows WDW quite well. But she's not accustomed to driving within WDW and it's been a few years since she went due to college.

Two studios, one for the guys and one for the girls.

Just to verify that info, I activated my AP at Guest Relations at DTD Marketplace last month. We had never been to DTD so the parking lot was a bit of a puzzle to us since we entered at the westside instead of waiting for the later entrance. :goodvibes

DEAN when are they going? we just got back and i am sure i have several maps that the resorts give you, i would be happy to send you one and then you can go over the map with your daughter and show her the routes. if you would like one just pm me your address. it took me a few years to get it right, now i can drive all over wdw with my eyes closed, not that i would try that in the future and the entire state of fl just as easy. :flower:

Thanks, but I think we're fine. I too have maps around that she can use.

We actived our APs there about a year ago and frankly it makes a walk-in closet look spacious. If there are more than two parties ahead of you, you'll probably be standing outside the office until someone leaves.

Dean if she is staying at BW - then she can also do this at International Gateway. very easy - at either guest services or the ticket booths can do it for her.

Thanks, they are staying at OKW and they will be going straight to DD as their starting point for lunch. Sounds like this will work out as well as could be for them.

your daughter & son can take the boat ride over to DD, okw takes you to the dock right by rainforest cafe, not like ssr that boat takes you to the westside pleasure island. i never did understand why they dont take you to DD and not PI. i actually like taking the boats, forget the buses, at easter we stayed at YC and we took the bus to DD, first stop BC then BW then TPL then DD. by the time we got there we only had 1 hour 1/2 before DH was picking us up after he played golf. :flower:

Just an FYI.... the DTD Guest Relations office has moved to a new location between Team Mickey and Ghiradelli (where the air brushing place is located).
