Vote for deluxe with best overall transportation

Okay, which deluxe resort has the best overall transporation to all of the parks? Not just the monorail resorts now but all of the parks.

Polynesian, hands down!

Monorail, launch or ferry to MK

Short walk to TTC and monorail ride to Epcot (shorter walk than from BC to WS)

Buses to MGM and AK but you can hop buses destined to TTC or Poly on way back... whichever comes sooner

Most have great transportation to two. YC, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin are a short walk to Epcot and a boatride to MGM. I think they might be a little better since the ride to AK is shorter.

As a single mom with 2 boys I found the Polynesian to be very convenient. We really liked the boat launch to MK. You can walk to TTC. We were just there last summer and I really don't remember about the buses. We never had to stand and the buses did make other stops at GF and CR but I didn't mind at all. I enjoyed the mini "tour." I use public transportation all the time in NYC so I am inured to little glitches and waiting. I have to say, the wait wasn't bad. I would stop at the Kona Cafe for a cup of real coffee and drink that during the wait. I would think that the tranportation at GF and CR is just as convenient - you just can't walk to TTC but you can walk to MK from CR.

If it's transportation and it's at WDW, it's WDW transportation. I'm suprised they don't include it when they mention complimentary transportation in the ads.

Swan/Dolphin, BW, BC, YC....they offer A/C boat transportation to both MGM & EPCOT...and bus to MK/AK/. I prefer to take the bus as little as possible, so these resorts ROCK!

Another vote for the Poly! (Imagine that, coming from me!)

Being so close to the TTC comes in handy, plus having the boats, monorail, and busses all as options!

Have to go with Poly here. The Epcot resorts have good transportation, but I think overall that Poly is the better resort.

I have only stayed at AKL and loved the transportation. It's so nice to board and know that I don't have to make any more stops.
Once took a bus from the CR (UGH!).

I like the fact that AKL is close to three parks and far from one . If you consider a 15 minute ride to MK far.

IMHO the AKL is the most Inconvenient for transportation.

Another vote for the POLY since you have so many options, the monorail form the lobby, walk to the ferry, walk to the TCC. I also think it has some of the most amazing views! One of my favorites! Bus taking is at a minimum....I lothe the bus as we have even taken a taxi to MGM instead of the bus!

AKL! Direct buses to everywhere. You don't share with any other resorts.

Polynesian-the only thing faster there was monorail to MK. If you are on far side of resort from monorail station, it was a bit of a hike (nice hike, but hike non the less at the end of a long day) if you were coming/going to Epcot. Buses to everywhere else you shared with GF and CR.

We go during value season. Parks close early so we have dinner at Epcot almost every night and spent evening there. Long walk to Hawaii at end of day.

Just MHO.
