Vons Delivery Questions

Hello,

This will be our first time using Von's delivery for some basic items such as milk and fruit for our stay. How many days in advance should I place my order? When my order is delivered to The Paradise Pier Hotel will they refrigerate the milk? Can I fit a gallon of milk in the mini fridge?

I would place my order to coincide to when I can first pick a delivery date and time. I believe you can book a delivery time 3 weeks out. If you want a specific date and time I would use that as my guide.
I've ordered perishables before and the hotel has stored them for me, we hadn't even checked in yet

You can change your order up to the night before (it was midnight or maybe 3 am for my 4pm delivery- we were flying from the East coast so I'm not sure of the cut off). So I placed an order as a placeholder and then updated as the time got closer. Items and prices seemed to change by what's in stock and what's on sale that week.

I took a picture of the fridge last week so I would remember if we stay again. I attached pics of that and the coffee maker. I called two weeks ago and they told me that they could sign for groceries but would not cold store anything. So we opted to have the last delivery hour of the day when we knew we would be in room. ..8-9 pm.
