We signed up to set up tables for an Arc gala that is taking place tonight. The description was to set up tables and centerpieces and settings for 500 people. When we got there they said the hotel staff sets the place settings, we just had to do the centerpieces, well between the 12 of us that took 30 minutes and then we were done. Well that was easy!
