Has anybody seen this weight loss plan. It has gotten very good reviews and is thought to be the best weight loss plan out there. It's written by the head of the U. of Penn nutrition program. I"m going to borders tonight to get it.
It's based on her research that indicates that people eat the same weight/volume of food. Some choose poorly, high calorie, others choose better, more water volume, less calories.
