Volcano pool

We will be at the Poly in a couple weeks and I read some where the volcano erupts every now and then. Any one know how often or what times this happens? I can't find and solid info on this. My DD would LOVE to see it happen, so let me know what you guys KNOW. TIA!!!

Hmmmmmm, granted I've never stayed at Poly, but I am not aware of the volcano erupting....at night time, it's lit up pretty cool and there's a little "smoke" but no eruption.

Are you perhaps thinking about WL? There is a geyser that erupts every hour.

If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will chime in and let you know different.

We have stayed 2 times in the past few years and have never seen it erupt... sorry...

Also check out refurbs and closures because the RUMOR I heard is the pool is going to be closed for a few days coming up....

I've seen it posted some where, but can't remember where. I know it'll be closed in Feb, but that's all I've heard.

It's not really an eruption but every few minutes it will put out smoke at the top. Never attempted to find out how frequently but it's frequent enough that I see every day I'm there.

Its a tiny poof of smoke that you might see if the wind isnt moving too much. There is more smoke at the pool bar. LOL

We've been there a ton of times, but never really noticed anything. LOL
