Volcano Bay updates, ticketing: Help us out US

I've searched around but came up empty on my question. Will volcano Bay be open year round? Specifically I'm wondering if they'll be open in November.

Except legoland. But they don't have the attendance like the bigger parks.

Plus I was considering how Disney closes each Waterpark for a couple months. Just trying to decide between June or November for a Universal plus Legoland trip. I'm leaning toward November because Florida in June . Been there, done that, don't wish to do it again. We'll take missing out on lego Waterpark if volcano Bay is open. I'll keep an eye out for the operating schedule.

January is the month UO does work on the present water rides in the parks

Low attendance and cool weather for the most part

Could assume once Vbay is up and running, their maintenance schedule would be in the slow times too
(Jan/feb especially if weather is cool)
