Volcano Bay Cabana Question

So I booked a cabana for our trip. When I booked the rep told me she couldn’t tell me which cabana it was just that it was an upper cabana. Last year the told us what village we were in. Are they not doing that now? Is there a way to find out this info?

We have booked a cabana as well. Selected an upper. This will be our first time. I'm trying to figure out what will be the best area to request when we arrive. I know I do not want near the road. Any suggestions?
