Voice Changes?

My voice changed when I was 11 I think, maybe younger.
The squeeking part lasted like a year

Two summers ago when school started again it was like WOAH. All the guys had these deep, burly voices and stubble! It was like they changed overnight.

I used to be able to do the splits too, and dance very gracefully. And play sports. You kinda just lose stuff over time if you haven't done it in a while. Now I'm like the hugest clutz on that planet.

I don't know if/when my voice has changed. I do however, sound like a 3rd grader on the phone.

I think I was 12... I actually know the date too 23rd December 2004 (we had a party the next day and the people I hadn't met in a while were saying my voice had broke... but nobody in my family know )

Last time I checked, under half the guys in my year's voices had broke (and we're all 15/16)

It's kinda... low? And it sounds weird on the phone.

I don't know when girls voices change.
I mean, obviously mine changed, but I couldn't tell. Because when I talk, I sound like a guy to me. But when I record myself talking, I sound like a shy little girl.
And I never noticed my friends (that are girls) voices changing. I just never did.

As far as the boys went, they've all been changing since like sixth grade. But still now, like 3-4 years later, some of them still sound real little.

Mine changed... I just don't know when it did.
And I kind of lost my accent when speaking in English.
You can still tell I have an accent, it's just not as strong.

I'm gonna back up some other people here and unforunately, girls voices change gradually and not really THAT much.

I can emphasise with you though. I'm 15 and I've hated my voice since I've been like 11. But y'know what? There are more important things in life to worry about rather than ourselves. So don't fret about it, at the end of the day it is just a voice. I'd rather worry about global warming than the sound of meee.

my voice cracked in chemistry the other day. my lab partner said, "what are you, a 12 year old boy?"

Mine just deepend a little bit when i was in middle school i suppose.

some of the guys voices are still cracking though. i'm in 10th grade.

i never noticed my voice changing but i guess it did...I sound more like an adult then i do a little kid but i still have i guess a hint of little kidness. When i sing it gets more womenly but on occasion its really sqeeky little kid like...I guess girls never notice the change really...

My changed slowly and I never really noticed until I watched some videos from when I was younger.
It got alot deeper and wasn't so squeaky.
Though now I think I kinda sound like a boy, especially on the phone, my friends say I sound like a little kid. Haha.
Nobody else thinks I sound like a guy though so...

i dont really know when my voice changed, it just kind of did. now, its not much different, just not high and childish. i do know it was some time around/before my thirteenth birthday...

Friend 1- People say he sounds like a 3rd grader (and that he looks like one too)(I fail to see it, but then again im "totally blind, and if you think that looks cute, then you must molest children"...) its quite cute actually, he will try and make his voice deeper in front of me xD (thats not laughing at him, its just soooo adorable)

Friend 2- Im not quite sure, SOMETIMES he squeaks but rarely, and his voice is somewhat deep, yet...somewhat REALLY high pitch

Friend 3- Im not sure, he kinda...has..this half voice

Friend 4- I cant tell what he is.... its too confusing, because hes fairly short and small, so maybe his voice DID change.

Haha. I hate my voice over the phone. In generally, speaking.. it's fine.

Like, when I had to call my cell phone from gym class because I forgot my clothes. (everybody just calls their cell so parents aren't mad ) Then when I got out of school I was listening to it just to see what I said in front of a teacher, talking to my so called " mom " and my voice sounded like a 12 year old.. wait.. im 13. 0_o oops

I know my voice changed, I just don't know when...I mean, I didn't really pay attention to it, and for girls, there's no obvious 'voice changing' stage.

I have a really deep mischa barton/scarlett johanson-y type of voice.
I mean, sometimes if I'm perky my voice gets a bit higher pitch, but generally it's kind of on the lower range for a girl (i'm not saying i have a deep manly voice or anything lol! it's just not squeaky & high pitched or anything)

i'm 13 and my voice is still changing but i can only tell when i get mad and my voice gets all cracky other thenthat my voice is ussaly pretty normal

I cant tell when guys voices have changed, apperently its obvious because they squeak n stuff???

Yeah my friend Matt 'squeaks' all the time.


And my voice sounds like a man.
It's pretty low.
I think it's funny. I can't change it. So may as well laugh at it.
