Ok here's what I can pass on at this time about Magic Carpet:

It will be sold - No price has been set yet
It will be out sometime next year
There is only 1 version of the spell

As soon as the details for relase date and price are set I will let everyone know.

Ok some info....

VMK is not charging at the end of the year and there is no plan to charge in the future.

The game crashes are not related to no enough servers, they are just bugs. We are working as fast as we can to fix them, but as you can see some are trickey and not as easy to fix.

No conspiracy here!

Ok I'll put my 2 cents in...

We had intended all along to re release the costumes for Halloween. While I understand that some are upset that items have been sold again there are many, many new players who were not around when the item was originally sold. Also, remember that the costumes were sold to begin with and were available to all who wanted to purchase them.

It's difficult line to walk keeping items rare as well as selling items we get many requests for.

I'm open to any suggestions on how to deal with this better in the future.

Just to let you know the Mansion Quest will be back at Magic Kingdom. I can't give you the dates yet but it will be back.

I know where he's coming from on the rerelease of items. My own suggestion is that when they do rerelease stuff, they make them specials and for a very limited time. Maybe only a couple days or maybe only one day. Several of the costumes were out for several days during Halloween, which I'm sure added to the dilution of their worth in some people's eyes. Although I have seen an influx of new players since then that are hunting for them. So eventually, as long as items are rotated every now and then, items will still be rare for new people.

I like the idea about limiting the days available to a couple of days, but some people might not be able to get to a computer, or might be having issues with their computers.
