VMK Trouble. "/

Okay, so I enter the VMK website, click on the Play Now button, log in and... Nothing happens. I have the latest version of shockwave and everything. Once I log in, it goes to a completely blank page. The link says:
"http://switch.atdmt.com/action/ave854_vmkplaygamebutton_10?href=http://www2.virtualmagickingdom.com/homepage/vmk?at=1E1BA91B-BFFC-1AC3-60B5-6C9F90B6AC2B"
I have no idea what to do.. any ideas? Would appreciate some answers.

umm not to worry you but this happened to me before my main account disappered

Tried to use alt account log in got acess violation message

switch users on comp got in on alt account

went back to my user tried logging in main account nothing happens and the link said exactly that

When you say it goes to a "completely blank page," is that a black screen?

Depending on your connection speed, computer, etc... that could just be the game beginning to load. There are others who will be able to offer additional ideas, but a little more information on the blank page could help.

It's a white screen, and it has nothing on it. I don't know if that information help.

Try deleting your cookies and temp files. It happens to me sometimes. After I delete, it works most of the time.

sorry I was just saying I had the same thing happen but mine dissappeared don't get all defensive becuase I was pointing something out I said not to worry her becuase it was unlikely to happen.

I had this trouble for almost a month, then suddenly I could get on again.

I tried everyone's suggestions, but nothing worked.

then why do you need to mention it at all?


do not worry itzme, having your account "disappear" is as likely as having a Space Shuttle land in your backyard. If your account "disappears" it is more likely that you forgot your logon information.
