VMK Thanksgiving Quest (event)

I am a lot disapointed.The leader lobby from VMK_Babs was supposed to include ALL leaders.I feel left out.

I just sent a LONG letter to vmk about it.

THen I messaged Babs.No reply.

Then,this afternoon,I waited a half hour to get in to the HOST game and it was closed!Phinny booted everyone.I felt like writing another letter after that,but didn't.

Ok, I want to know how BobRichmond knew that the Dragon would be no help at all!! He was right!

Actually just a lucky guess. The last time a character gave hints it was in their chat lines. Since the dragon does not chat he could not give hints that way. I looked rather foolish standing under Ned for a while this morning waiting for his chat to reveal the hint. I also felt foolish when I finally double clicked on him.

I am just awaking from my food coma, and was really amazed how much I missed today, and especially in this thread. I am hoping everyone is doing better now and the hostility has come to a close. Not that it matters much, but once you got the hang of this game, and I am sure we all do by now; the next 3 days should be relatively easy without a need to post answers, clues, etc. Yet I don't see a problem with it either way, I would just think that by seeing the topic one would be smart enough to know where the thread is going and just exit the thread if you don't want your fun spoiled. Personally I think this is one of the more clever type of events that VMK has ever thought of, and say BRAVO for finally getting it right. I just hope that they come through with the prizes for most people. And the end of the day, that is what most of us care about anyway, sowhy argue, just show us the goods!!!

Do some people who had a problem with the thread have the power to delete it? yes. Did they? no.

So i edited my part of the whole mess. And the mods can delete the whole thing when they get the chance.

I missed that when I responded the first time and I think I need to address it now.

I DO NOT have a problem with this thread. I had a problem with the attacks that some posters were making against other members.


I said it several times in this thread that I do not have a problem with hints, clues or even if someone wants to post the answers just mark your thread so others know there are spoilers in the thread.

I appreciate your and other people's help. I feel rather stupid at these games; and it's not like all the people that send in the right answer will win a prize anyway. It will still be luck of the draw on who gets a prize. Since I never been able to participate in any of the past events due to being disconnected all the time through no fault of my own, I don’t have a problem with accepting help in this event. Any one wishing to send me a PM with hints, clue or even answers I will glad accept any help, and bless you.

yeah honestly, i am way confused by them. i don't understand. i saw all 4 pictures but.. (i tried to run around today real quick, but it looks like i need to log off.) if anyone could help me see the light that would be awesome lol!

ok. i dont get 1 of the pictures, so any one that has the picture that was in the pirate prison room, plz pm me what they have. i have never entered things like this in VMK and i would like to be in the raffle. if you can, that would be great

I agree event is not easy to even understand. I am hopeful that as the weekend continues it will all become more clear. And for those who don't enjoy what others have to say. Don't read it. I like to read what ppl say, cause they have a gr8 sense of humor and are very funny usually.

And i have to clear something up, that i already did with the mods. I was not mad at them at all, and i was not mocking them for not deleting the post. The point i was trying to make was that IF something that was posted was "all that bad", they woud have deleted the post. And since they didnt, people should either not read it, or calm down a little. Because if it was truly something that shouldnt have been posted, it would have been deleted, but it wasnt.

The only reason i asked for it to be deleted was that it seemed to be causing people to "take sides" and the dis and the people here are just too nice to have that kind of stuff happen.

So hopefully, nobody has any hurt feelings over it all.

ok, having said all of that, yesterday's clues had me totally lost. The only thing i noticed was that all 4 rooms in yesterdays pics were vmk common rooms. But if we took the first letters of each of the room names, they didnt go with the first day's clues at all. Maybe it was meant to be that way. Maybe today's and tomorrow's clues will "fill in the gaps". I dont know. So hopefully today's letters will shed some light on yesterday's. Hope so.

I wasn't sure how to interpret the pictures - by the room names, the first name of the whale, the object pictured, etc. Perhaps it will become more clear with the rest of the clues. Perhaps not.

yeah, there were many different ways you could go with the pics yesterday. To use that pic as an example, you could have said M for Monstro, M for mouth even, T for teeth, Y for yawn (that is a stretch though lol), S for storybookland, i mean who knows?

Wow - I didn't think of all of those - now I am madly confused. I was thinking "M" for "Monstro" and "W" for "whale" and maybe the room. "Yawn" is good though - would finish off the "turkey."

i'm thinking that when e#someone finds them 2all out they would rush over here and say hey guess what the answer to the quest is ................ then there would be alot of people saying that they shouldn't post the answer as it ruins the fun and that staff said not to and etc.
