VMK Technical Problem

Every time I log onto VMK and go into a room or game, everything stops and it says something like -there has been a problem--with the option send or don't report problem to Microsoft. On my other computer it lasts for about 15 minutes and then a smilar thing happens. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks!
