VMK Tech help some one pls

i just today became a member of VMK and was playing away, having lots of fun... then i had to log off...
now i want to play it again it wont let me in!
well, more precisely, it logs in and everything and goes to load, but all i get is a black screen no matter how many times i try the same thing happens the main screen will not appear. so i cant play the game
help, some one pls?!?!?!

What age is your computer? If it is over about 3 years that would be your problem. How much memory do you have left on your computer? What is your internet speed?

This are all reasons that VMK wouldn't work.

just let it sit for some time and it will eventually load hopefully

Try installing the new version of shockwave and see if that helps.

it all seems to be workin ok today thanks
one question tho - does anyone else have problems with the monorail??...
it always crashes there for some reason!

Again, that could be your computer memory/speed etc.. I am no computer techie, however, I have the same issues with the monorail and music. Fingers are crossed for Mother's Day that I might get my computer upgraded! Doubt it though, cause I am using that computer right now.

Don't worry, the problem isn't just for you.

Recently, many have been crashing when trying to play music on main street or the monorail. Hopefully, VMK will fix this soon

In regards to crashing when trying to play music in monorail and music game lobby I have found if you go to the arrow keys on bottom of screen and turn off music and sound effects crashing does not seem to happen. Thanks to Lady Boadicea for the tip. Hope it works for you.
