Ugh, searched VMK Team Baseball for five minutes at 5:30, then checked popular list and there is no VMK in the name. Annoying.

Now in line, and it's going sluggishly. Whippee!

46 people to go (been like that for five mins). It's like that recurring joke in Airplane when Ted starts telling a story and the person listening tries to kill themselves in boredom.

With all the questing madness, I hope most people remembered about this event. I got in line right after it opened and was 24th in the queue, I believe. 12 minutes later and 7 people are still in front of me. *Yawn* Hope the team I'm on wins this first time, because I have a feeling this is going to be a far longer process/wait than usual and I really don't feel like spending 3 hours on this.

Let all of your fellow Dis-ers know how you do if you get in!

At least you got in. I have been trying for 20 minutes and my clicker hand is getting worn out. If this is the only way to get the outfit and there is no way to get in the queue, it is both cruel and ludicrous.

Yep, I just started a thread myself (apparently I was typing while you posted; sorry about that! ) about how slow the line's moving. Figured it would but hoped it wouldn't. I started 25th in queue ("You are in a queue behind 24 other players"), and am currently 6th. I feel a DC coming on...

Got in, first in line for the red team. We were ready to play (just missing 1 player) when Phinny either DC or left the room for some reason. She got back and right after that I DC.

I think this is just pointless unless I get on right at opening. Because my connection won't last long enough considering how slow it's going. They ought to run the game in more than 1 room at once! Make it so you can only get 1 prize per day, but you need more than 1 room to actually give people a chance when it's gonna go this slow. Ugh.

BTW, Pixie_Dust, this isn't for the outfit. This is for the Tiki Room Opens 1963 pin. Try the Q button on your screen for the baseball hat quest. There's one over the next 3 days as well for the rest of the outfit.

Ditto. Phinny either left or DC herself (probably DC), and we waited 3 or so minutes. Right after she said she was back, her mouth kept moving and moving and moving, but nothing else happened. I type "Is it my computer or is nothing happening?" Bam, DC. They need this in more than one room since it's going so slow. I don't typically complain, but this and the baseball quest are both innane.

9:32pm, just got in, 46 people in front of me. Tick tock, tick tock goes the DC clock.

Good luck, DisneyDreams! I hope you win! I got my pin last weekend. Only reason I'm even trying is to give other DISers who have trouble with staff events a chance to trade for it without being robbed blind.

I think I'm going to murder whoever had the idea for this.

I was in the room for ten stinking minutes. I did literally, absolutely, 100% NOTHING! They *know* that the only games which work are the fast ones with quick queue and a quick game, yet they still make a room which even if you get a chance to spin that damn predictiometer you have to wait another five minutes for eveyone else to spin and even then you might not get anything for wasting an hour of your time.

I was at the seat nearest the log ride teleporter where you come in onto the bench, and our team didn't bat at all when I was in the room, yet I still was climbed along to be the person infront of the turnstile because everyone else infront of me DC! It was mad! I also didn't see a single person win anything when I was in the room, and as I said I was in there for nearly a quarter of an hour.

URGH!

Hello! 35 minutes later - a grand total of one hour and twenty minutes (15 minutes of trying to get in the queue, and 1:05 in the line. And...

"There are 3 people in front of you in the queue."

When are there 4 rooms to see the upcoming room - but 1 room for the game we all want to play?!?!?!? Oh, wait! I remember - so we go to the park to get the room and spend money, that's right.

In case you missed my scream when I dc - AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

YET AGAIN, next up to play and DC. This time, Phinny had to report the DC problem. I would've barely been still there if that hadn't happened. This is so pointless!!! VMK could easily fix it by running different rooms, but they don't. Guess they "gotta keep the pin rare" like the green car magic, eh?

Did ANYONE have any success getting in there, playing, and actually winning? I had to get offline around 10:20 because of a storm, but got right back on at 10:50. Finally got in queue at 11:05. Currently waiting behind 11 other people, and it's 11:23. If I get in there at 11:31 and there's something blocking the river teleporter, you may just not see me for awhile because I might punch out my monitor. J/K! Sort of...

ETA: Now 11:27 and behind 3 people. So close! But not like it matters anyway because I'll get in there, sit and wait to bat again, and then DC. Of all the poorly thought out events...
